Payment options
UPGRADES ApS modtager betaling med VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron og Mastercard. Betalingen vil først blive trukket på din konto, når varen afsendes. Alle beløb er i DKK. Danske kroner og incl. moms. Der tages forbehold for prisfejl og udsolgte/udgåede varer.
Delivery
UPGRADES ApS tilstræber at afsende ordre indgået inden kl. 17 samme dag, ordre herefter sendes næstfølgende hverdag.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 63 kr. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your goods are shipped GLS.
NOTE: If you have chosen GLS parcel shop, your parcel will be sent to the nearest parcel shop based on the address you have provided. If there is no space at the delivery point, the parcel will be moved to the next closest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered every weekday.
For certain items, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these goods.
Right of complaint
Der gives 2 års reklamationsret i henhold til købeloven. Vores reklamationsret gælder for fejl i materiale og/eller fabrikation. Du kan få varen repareret, ombyttet, pengene retur eller afslag i prisen, afhængig af den konkrete situation. Reklamationen gælder ikke fejl eller skader begået ved forkert håndtering af produktet/ydelsen. Du skal reklamere i “rimelig tid” efter du har opdaget manglen/fejlen. UPGRADES ApS vil dække returneringsomkostninger i et rimeligt omfang.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
Reimbursement
In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.
Right of cancellation
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Receives the last item in physical possession in the case of a multiple item deal, ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several instalments.
- Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession in the case of an agreement for delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time.
Return costs are at your own expense.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at info@upgrades.dk. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill in the enclosed returns form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice.
Goods excluded from the right of cancellation
The following product types are not included in the right of cancellation:
- Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or have a distinct personal touch.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal is broken after delivery.
- Goods that due to their nature become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Items where the seal has been broken.
- Non-financial services provided where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the consumer thereby loses his right of cancellation.
- Newspapers, journals or magazines, with the exception of subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements made at public auction.
- Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must try out the product without actually using it.
Reimbursement
If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us.
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.
