• The door can be placed on the tray to shield it from the wind. This results in better baking of the pizza, as a constant temperature is more easily achieved.
• By using the newly developed perforated plate, the pizza can lie on the plate without getting spongy at the bottom.
• The plate can easily be mounted under the stone without the use of tools. If desired, it can also be secured to the bottom of the stove with two bolts.
• This version fits an approximately 25 mm high stone such as a biscotto.

If you use the original stone for the Ooni Koda 16, choose The extender in 12 mm.
