• Expansion of the bakery room.
• Significantly more comfort when heating and baking pizza.
• The door can be placed on the tray to shield it from the wind. This results in better baking of the pizza, as a constant temperature is more easily achieved.
• By using the newly developed perforated plate, the pizza can lie on the plate without getting spongy at the bottom.
• The plate can easily be mounted under the stone without the use of tools. If desired, it can also be secured to the bottom of the stove with two bolts.

This version fits a 12 mm high stone such as the original stone for Ooni Koda 16. If you use a taller stone, for example a biscotto, choose Extender in 25 mm
